• Maintaining Integrity: You agree to uphold the academic integrity and reputation of CHESTA by refraining from engaging in any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty. This includes not sharing or seeking unauthorized access to exam solutions or answer keys.
• Consequences of Violation: Violation of this confidentiality clause may result in disciplinary action, up to and including suspension or expulsion from CHESTA. Additionally, legal action may be pursued for any damages incurred as a result of unauthorized disclosure or use of confidential materials.

By continuing your enrollment at CHESTA and accessing the provided materials, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms of this confidentiality clause. Failure to comply with these terms may result in severe consequences as outlined above.
